Position Overview
Lead the HR3 Project from assessment and response through early recovery and resilient reconstruction. The role converts Habitat Nepal’s Pathway to Permanence into a safe, coordinated and accountable multi-district operation, ensuring that shelter assistance, transitional shelter, cash-based support, recovery housing and risk-sensitive planning are delivered on time, within budget and in partnership with affected communities and government.

Position Overview
The Architect will be responsible for coordinating and preparing designs and drawings for Transitional Shelter, housing and infrastructure projects, integrating community input through participatory design processes. This role involves researching innovative, eco-friendly, and affordable construction technologies, collaborating with Nepal Government , research institutes, NGOs, private sector entities, and other stakeholders. The Architect will ensure quality assurance through site inspections, compliance with local regulations, and technical support for disaster response. Additionally, they will document project progress, support cross-departmental initiatives, and deliver training programs on sustainable design principles. The Achitect will ensure all construction activities adhere to Habitat Housing Quality Standards and Nepal Government codes and regulations.

Position Overview
The Administration, Finance and Logistics Officer is responsible for ensuring effective financial management, administration, procurement, logistics, and compliance for the HR3 Project. The position supports project budgeting, financial reporting, partner NGO oversight, procurement and supply chain management, inventory and asset control, fleet coordination, and field operations.
Working closely with project teams, PNGOs, suppliers, and Habitat Nepal support functions, the Officer ensures that project resources are managed efficiently, donor and organizational requirements are met, and timely operational support is provided to humanitarian and recovery activities. The role also contributes to risk management, audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and partner capacity strengthening to support accountable and effective project delivery.
The role requires frequent and sometimes extended travel to remote, disaster-affected locations; work in changing weather, access and security conditions; and flexibility to support urgent operations outside normal hours when authorized.
