BACKGROUND
Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Business Partner, the Programme Support Assistant will provide support to the Programme Coordination unit of IUCN Nepal Country Office. The role involves arranging the logistics for meetings and workshop including supporting the programme administration in IUCN Nepal Country Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the maintenance of Project Execution Support Unit Office.
- Responsible for managing the halls for programme meetings and timely update to front office on the Hall logs for monthly review.
- Maintain first aid kits in office and all vehicles making sure they are replenished and updated timely.
- Monitor the Fire Extinguisher expiry dates and timely information to Safety & Security Focal.
- Support the logistical arrangements for meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Ensure water supply (Drinking and regular usage) by informing the vendors timely.
- Ensure the office and lawn area is clean and well maintained.
- Recce the required repair and maintenance and inform the vendor timely
- Coordinate with canteen service provider for Canteen Management
- Ensure the regular canteen operation in hygienic manner providing feedback to the service provider as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Nepali Citizen with Basic School education with minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
